"Beauty is a non-conceptual judgement about an objective reality."
David Pederson, The Princeton Tory, 2010 November Issue

In a world often consumed by noise and novelty, my art offers a moment of stillness, an invitation to pause, observe, and reconnect with beauty.

I believe that art does not need to shout to be heard. It can speak softly and still move us deeply. Whether through the quiet poetry of a flower in morning light or the subtle rhythm of brushstrokes across a landscape, I aim to preserve something essential and often overlooked: the fragile, timeless beauty of the world around us.

Rooted in classical training yet open to contemporary thought, my work bridges tradition and modernity. I paint, primarily from direct observation, still lifes and landscapes that hold emotion, memory, and light. Occasionally, I step into a more abstract process, guided by intuition and chance, allowing fabric and form to lead the way.

My creative life is equally inspired by classical music. For me, painting and music are parallel languages, each capable of reaching the human soul in ways that words cannot. In my practice and future vision, I seek to bring these worlds closer, building quiet harmonies between sound and sight.

Thank you for visiting. I hope you find something here that resonates with your own inner sense of beauty and contemplation.
